USA - We're happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD! Orders may ship in multiple packages from multiple locations. (*Portland, Oregon Warehouse or Puerto Vallarta Mexico Studios) 

If Standard Shipping is selected, your order may ship via a variety of carriers. Some UPS orders may be delivered by the Postal Service. Your Shipping Confirmation email will provide you with a tracking link.

Express and Overnight Delivery Shipping - Orders placed after 1 PM EST will not ship until the next business day. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

 

When will my order arrive?

  • Please allow 3 business days for your order to process prior to shipment
  • Please allow 5-7 days Standard Shipping transit time for your order to be delivered *when shipping from US Warehouse
  • Please allow up to 30 business days Standard Shipping transit time for your order to be delivered *when shipping from our Mexico studios.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all custom paperwork or duty fees within their own countries. We typically declare packages at $5-$10 values to avoid any additional import taxes. If you need us to make other accommodations, please leave a note at checkout or email us at ericamareedesigns@gmail.com

 

RETURNS 

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Erica Maree. If for any reason you are not happy with your item I will gladly arrange a credit-exchange-refund or cash refunds.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivered shipment and items must be returned within 5 business days of return request.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must include a tracking number for delivery verifications. For product exchanges we will provide you with a pre-paid postage label and instruction to complete your exchange or return.

Lost or damaged items is not the responsibility of Erica Maree.

Extra fee's:
For Returns: An extra fee of $2.99 will be applied to every return and the shipping cost won't be refunded.
For Exchanges: No extra fee is applied for re-stocking but the cost for shipping an item will be charged before shipping again.
Cancellation fee:
A cancellation fee of $2.99 will be applied when the cancellation is required to cover processing labor.
